Summit Healthcare is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive people strategy, partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, lead recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development programs while strengthening engagement and culture. You'll also manage compensation, ensure HR compliance, optimize HR operations, and provide strategic HR guidance to attract, grow, and retain top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

  • Act as strategic HR business partner to CEO and department leaders (Operations, Growth, Marketing)
  • Understand business objectives and translate into HR strategies and workforce plans
  • Provide strategic HR counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Partner with Operations on instructor workforce planning and capacity management
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business priorities
  • Proactively identify HR-related business risks and opportunities
  • Drive HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies)
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams
  • Manage instructor recruitment in partnership with Head of Operations
  • Negotiate offers, conduct reference checks, and close candidates
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency and quality

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for all new employees
  • Coordinate new hire orientation sessions covering company culture, policies, and processes
  • Facilitate smooth integration of new hires with their teams and departments
  • Develop specialized onboarding programs for instructors in collaboration with Operations
  • Track new hire progress and address integration challenges during probation period
  • Collect new hire feedback and continuously improve onboarding experience
  • Ensure compliance with all onboarding documentation and regulatory requirements

Performance Management, Learning & Development

  • Design and implement performance management system and conduct review cycles
  • Guide managers through performance conversations, goal-setting, and feedback delivery
  • Support Operations in instructor performance evaluations and development planning
  • Identify organizational training and development needs based on performance gaps
  • Design and deliver employee training programs on soft skills, compliance, and leadership
  • Coordinate with Operations on instructor training and professional development programs
  • Facilitate career development conversations, succession planning, and talent mobility
  • Track training effectiveness and performance improvement outcomes

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, leave, and allowances
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking and provide compensation recommendations
  • Manage instructor compensation structures and payment schedules with Operations
  • Handle benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations on compensation and benefits
  • Prepare compensation analysis and reports for leadership decision-making

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster positive employee relations and healthy workplace culture
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results for action planning
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Support Operations in managing instructor engagement and retention initiatives
  • Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management
  • Track and analyze turnover trends and implement retention strategies

HR Compliance & Policy Management

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbook
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation systems
  • Manage work permits, visas, and immigration matters for foreign employees (if applicable)
  • Conduct HR compliance audits and address gaps proactively
  • Handle employment contracts, terminations, and exit processes
  • Advise management on legal HR matters and risk mitigation

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee data
  • Process HR transactions including contracts, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Administer employee leave management and attendance tracking
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making
  • Manage HR vendor relationships (insurance providers, recruitment agencies, training vendors)
  • Maintain HR filing systems and ensure data privacy and security
  • Optimize HR processes and implement operational improvements

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead special HR projects and strategic initiatives assigned by CEO
  • Support major business initiatives with HR workstreams and people strategy
  • Manage ad-hoc HR priorities and organizational change initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional HR support for company-wide initiatives
  • Develop HR solutions for strategic partnerships and business expansion
  • Execute pilot HR programs and test-and-learn initiatives
  • Document outcomes and scale successful HR initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  2. 510 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partner, HRGA or HR Generalist roles.
  3. Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  4. Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across corporate and operational roles.
  5. Solid background in onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  6. Good knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and Indonesian labor law.
  7. Strong employee relations, conflict management, and engagement capabilities.
  8. Experience managing HRIS, HR operations, and policy implementation.
  9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to lead HR projects, support organizational changes, and improve HR processes.
  11. Experience in fast-paced or growing environments is preferred; healthcare or education is a plus.
