Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description :

• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with recruitment and learning teams to ensure talent acquisition and development align with business needs
• Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to cultural and structural transformations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR solutions that support organizational success
• Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement effective KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct job analysis and evaluation to ensure clear, up-to-date job descriptions that support workforce planning and career development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Final year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has minimum 3 year's experience as a HRBP.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching, and communications
• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
• Strong organizational skills.
• Analytical, detail, and result-oriented.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
• A people person and self-starter would be a great match with the HR Team.
• Willing to do WFO (Bluegreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
