As a Plant HR Team, you will play a key role in partnering with plant management to drive people and organizational effectiveness across the manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting talent and workforce development, and fostering a safe, productive, and engaging workplace culture.
What will you do
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to Plant and Manufacturing Management on people, organizational, and workforce matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with manufacturing objectives and business needs.
- Provide people-related insights and recommendations to support business and operational decision-making.
Manpower & Talent Management
- Lead manpower planning to ensure the availability of the right talent to support manufacturing operations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning for manufacturing employees.
- Identify workforce and capability gaps and coordinate appropriate development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and applicable labor regulations are implemented consistently across the plant.
- Manage employee relations matters and support the resolution of employee concerns to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with labor unions, bipartite institutions, or relevant external parties when required.
- Support bipartite and tripartite processes in accordance with applicable regulations.
Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across the manufacturing organization.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to strengthen employee capabilities and support business requirements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of development initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
HR Data & Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze HR data, including attendance, turnover, manpower, and employee performance.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness and employee retention.
- Support performance management initiatives across the manufacturing organization.
People Leadership & Culture
- Lead and develop the HR team within the manufacturing plant to ensure strong HR service delivery.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to promote a safe, healthy, and value-driven workplace.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, employee relations, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Experience in handling industrial relations, labor unions, and bipartite/tripartite processes is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner with a strong business-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing or developing an HR team is a plus.
- Willing to travel to or be placed in manufacturing/plant areas based on operational needs.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten.
