Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Business Partner based on-site in Malang. The role involves providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including managing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling performance management, talenet management, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with departments to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance overall workforce engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and experience managing various HR practices
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance and advice on legal matters
- Strong experience in talent managemtn
- Experience in Performance Management processes, including evaluation and development strategies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a multicultural or language-focused organization is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to company growth
