What You Will Do

Serves as internal business partner consultant, providing insight to management, key stakeholders and staff on strategic and operational opportunities for team and organizational development to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
Ensure hiring, promotion, internal movement and compensation practices competitively and retain critical talent including effective strategies for filling in-demand positions.
Performs work related to benchmarking analysis, data/report evaluation, audits, workforce planning, data interpretation.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
