Job Responsibilities
1Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness (40%)
Lead end-to-end sales team performance management to ensure clear and fair implementation of sales commission structures.
Conduct key talent assessments and design career progression paths for Regional Managers/Team Supervisors.
Diagnose regional business pain points (e.g., skill gaps, sales leadership pipeline shortage) and collaborate with HQ to develop talent pipeline initiatives.
Drive localized training programs to enhance employee professional skills.
2 Organizational Culture (20%)
Design hierarchical and region-specific team-building activities to boost employee engagement.
Establish frontline issue-response mechanisms to address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
3Recruitment Management (20%)
Develop recruitment strategies, allocate channels/resources, and track recruitment metrics to ensure monthly onboarding rates meet business needs.
Optimize local recruitment operations to enhance efficiency.
Design incentive programs to maximize recruitment team productivity.
4 Labor Relations Management for Sales Team (20%)
Establish an employee dispute resolution mechanism to mitigate legal risks associated with labor conflicts.
Resolve employee relations disputes and labor grievances.
Qualifications:
1 10+ years of HR experience, as least 5 years as HRBP supporting the business team more than 500 employee in consumer finance/insurance industries or massive people team .
2 Fluency in Indonesian and English (written/spoken). Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
3 Result-oriented with strong self-drive.
4 Data-driven, critical-thinking mindset; proactive with high integrity; outgoing with exceptional communication skills.
5 Willing to undertake high-frequency business travel, requiring 1-2 times of trips every 2months to target regional cities, with each trip lasting 1-2 weeks (primary regions include Java Island, Sulawesi Island, etc.)
