Job Description

Job Qualifications

Required:
. Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Human Resources area
. Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws
. Problem diagnosis experience, including organization change management, human capital planning and employee relations
. Facilitation skills
. Basic business acumen that includes general operational processes, financial management and business planning knowledge
. Strong ability to partner and build credibility at all levels
. Strong problem solving skills

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

. Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.

. Translate business strategies into effective HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.

. Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.

. Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations and industrial relations matters.

. Drive the implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes.

. Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational design initiatives.

. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

. Address and resolve HR-related issues that may impact employee morale, productivity, and business performance.

. Analyze HR data and metrics to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
