The Human Capital Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. This role will play a key part in shaping the organization's culture, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, and ensuring that human capital practices are aligned with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in full spectrum of human resources.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment and performance evaluation processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
