Job Description

  • Lead and manage the HC Transformation roadmap
  • Design and develop the future HR operating model (HRBP, CoE, Shared Services)
  • Initiate and drive HR digitalization initiatives (HRIS, ATS, LMS, People Analytics)
  • Manage transformation of core HR processes (talent management, performance management, workforce planning)
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and top management
  • Ensure effective change management and adoption across the organization
  • Monitor KPIs and measure the business impact of HR transformation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR Transformation initiatives
  • Proven experience leading change or digital HR projects is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of HR strategy, HR operating models, and governance
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
