Job Description

  • Ensure all employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented within HRIS.
  • Support HRIS enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements in collaboration with vendors or internal IT.
  • Implement and socialize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently across the organization.
  • Standardize HR operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Document HR processes and maintain updated SOPs.
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy to support payroll processing and benefits enrollment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Capital / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
  • Proven experience managing HR processes for a large workforce
  • Hands-on experience using HRIS as a primary working tools.
  • Strong HRIS capability: data management, reporting, system navigation, and troubleshooting.
  • High proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
