Job Description

Ensure all employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented within HRIS.
Support HRIS enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements in collaboration with vendors or internal IT.
Implement and socialize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently across the organization.
Standardize HR operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
Document HR processes and maintain updated SOPs.
Ensure HRIS data accuracy to support payroll processing and benefits enrollment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Capital / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
Proven experience managing HR processes for a large workforce
Hands-on experience using HRIS as a primary working tools.
Strong HRIS capability: data management, reporting, system navigation, and troubleshooting.
High proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting.
Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
