Ensure all Personnel and Human Capital activities (recruitment & selection, transfers, promotions, attendance, payroll, leave, overtime, and other related matters) are carried out effectively and in compliance with company policies.
Assist in developing annual Human Capital strategies and programs.
Support the implementation of company culture initiatives.
Assist in the development and evaluation of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Manage and oversee the performance appraisal process.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify employee development requirements.
Analyze Human Capital data to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, training and development, employee data management, and organizational development.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Assertive and firm in decision-making and in enforcing company policies.
