Job Overview

This role will be responsible for HCGA operations by keeping people processes, payroll, performance cycles, and office operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders, manage large sets of data, and turn them into clear, useful insights. A strong foundation in Excel or Google Sheets is essential.

On site placement: Gading Serpong, South Tangerang

Responsibilities

Human Capital

  1. Payroll Management, create payroll reports, statutory submissions, and resolve discrepancies.
  2. Prepare reports, presentation decks, and summaries for management updates or cross-department reviews.
  3. Maintain HR databases, trackers, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control across multiple business units.
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.
  5. Follow up with stakeholders to keep timelines, deliverables, and action items on track.
  6. Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are consistently applied and aligned with local labor regulations.
  7. Assist in HR operations such as headcount tracking, job description updates, and policy documentation.
  8. Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, calibration, and performance reviews.

General Affair

  • Monitor GA budgets and control operational costs effectively.
  • Lead and monitor GA Staff operations and improvement.
  • Support company events, meetings, and internal activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Level : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.
  • Years of experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience as a People Partner / HR Generalist / similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and systems.
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent at Excel / Google Sheet. Enjoy working with spreadsheets, documents, project trackers, and keeping things structured and consistent (mandatory).
  • Communicate clearly, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English (mandatory).
  • Are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
