Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, preferably with exposure to offshore operations.
Experience in managing health and medical programs in remote or offshore settings is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST).
Experienced in analyze health and safety data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Experience with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to offshore oil and gas operations.
Experience in developing and implementing health and medical programs, including emergency response and occupational health management.
Experience in conducting health risk assessments, medical surveillance, and managing occupational health records.
