Create a System and Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardised, and Sustain (5S) Implementation plan for all facilities and ensure they are comply with the 5S Standard
Manage Emergency Response Plan (ERP) procedure of Distribution Centre and Hub
Prepare emergency layout for Distribution Centre and Hub building that includes emergency escape route and location of emergency equipment
Develop drill plan for every scenario and implement timeline for planned or unplanned drill
Align with Fleet Health, Safety, and Environment team in making HIRADC, Health Risk Assessment (HRA) & Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Implement ISO 14001, 45001, and Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) in the company
Ensure the implementation and updating of any regulations related to Health, Safety, and Environment, both government and international regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or Engineering background
3 years of experience as Health, Safety, and Environment in Logistics Company (prior experience in Warehousing will be an advantage)
Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certified from Kemenakertrans
Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide)
Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System and Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardised, and Sustain (5S) Implementation
