Key Responsibilities:
Implementation
- Handle end-to-end system setup for new clients, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Configure system modules, workflows, and user permissions via the HRMS interface (for standard implementation)
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client requirement (for clients with customization)
- Test and verify configurations before handover to ensure system accuracy and readiness.
- Maintain structured documentation of implementation processes and client configurations.
Client Support & Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early adoption phases.
- Provide client training, answer configuration questions, and ensure successful platform adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams during pre-sales for customized projects.
- Share recurring client feedback or feature requests with the Product team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or product operations preferably within SaaS HRIS or similar HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and precision in configuration and data handling.
- Comfortable performing operational tasks that require consistency and accuracy.
- High initiative and ownership mindset able to identify what needs to be done without being told.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data formatting, validation, and cleaning).
