Job Description

What Will You Do :

  • Develop and manage Compensation & Benefits program aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc).
  • Manage and optimize HRIS implementation and maintenance.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS, labor law, and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willing to work onsite from Cikarang area.
