Handle and resolve application support issues reported by clients
Analyze problems and provide functional solutions related to HRIS usage
Support system implementation activities when required (UAT, go-live support)
Conduct user training and post-implementation assistance
Perform basic system configuration based on user needs
Test and verify system functions before release (UAT support)
Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients
Prepare functional and technical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams (developer, QA, support) to ensure issue resolution
Help ensure client satisfaction and system stability
Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome
Basic understanding of HRIS / Payroll systems is a plus
Able to use Excel formulas and basic SQL queries (nice to have)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and adaptable
Willing to work on-site and support client operations
