Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc in all company groups
Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc in all company groups
Managing and reporting on payroll, recruitment, and internal working regulations and policies
Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics in all company groups
Work on staff productivity and satisfaction by implementing strategies
Mentor and support the HR team and general staff
Ensure team leaders have the appropriate skills and knowledge to guide their teams
Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure that effective onboarding strategies are being followed
Providing data and analysis to inform decision-making for management, including scorecards and ad hoc analysis/insights in all business units
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree from a reputable university, psychology major preferred
Minimal 5 years of working experience in the Human Resources field
Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
Confidence in maintaining quality relationships between staff and the company
Strong knowledge of human resources and labor law
Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders
