Job Description :

  • Responsible for managing HR business process administration and HR operational independently in various people areas/agenda such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, termination, attendances and other business support needs.
  • Provide advice and support on Industrial Relations matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indonesian labor law.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, treating employees as internal clients and ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes that align with business goals.
  • Deliver HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making related to the assigned department.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to HRBP/TABP, HR Generalist, and Industrial Relations.
  • Strong business sense and ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and act as a bridge between employees and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
