Responsible for managing HR business process administration and HR operational independently in various people areas/agenda such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, termination, attendances and other business support needs.
Provide advice and support on Industrial Relations matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indonesian labor law.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, treating employees as internal clients and ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes that align with business goals.
Deliver HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making related to the assigned department.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to HRBP/TABP, HR Generalist, and Industrial Relations.
Strong business sense and ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and act as a bridge between employees and management.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
