  • Lead strategic partnership with business leaders to understand fast-evolving FMCG priorities and translate them into agile people strategies and workforce planning.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support high-growth, high-performance environments, including talent development, performance acceleration, and organizational capability building.
  • Oversee performance management cycles in a fast-paced operation, ensuring alignment between business targets and individual contributions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in managing employee relations within dynamic, frontline and corporate settings, ensuring swift, fair, and compliant resolutions.
  • Lead end-to-end Learning & Development collaboration with Paragon University to build critical capabilities needed in a competitive FMCG landscape.
  • Leverage HR analytics to monitor productivity, turnover, engagement, and talent gaps, delivering actionable insights for rapid improvement.
  • Ensure strong compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and governance in a high-volume workforce environment.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention programs tailored to fast-paced, performance-driven cultures.
  • Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives by streamlining processes, enhancing agility, and supporting business scalability.
  • Coach and develop HRBP team members to strengthen execution excellence and strategic HR impact.

Requirement

  • Minimum 68 years of Human Resources experience, with strong background as an HR Business Partner in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven experience supporting high-growth or high-volume workforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, talent management, and organizational development within fast-paced businesses.
  • High business acumen with ability to translate commercial objectives into practical people strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across operational and leadership levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Resilient, agile, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments while driving collaboration and results.
