We're now looking for HRBP Division Head (VP Level) for one of FKS largest Business Unit. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also ensuring strong execution of HR operations. This role is critical in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities=
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Support business transformation, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Drive performance management and talent review processes to build a high-performance culture.
- Partner with leaders on critical hiring, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline development.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and company culture.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, manpower administration, and HR policies implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal governance standards.
- Manage employee relations cases and industrial relations matters, providing practical and risk-aware solutions.
- Ensure effective utilization of HRIS and data accuracy across HR processes.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, manpower cost) and provide insights to management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
Qualifications=
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1215 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in HRBP and HR Operations, preferably at General Manager level.
- Having experience across multiple industries and organizations with more than 1,000 employees is an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikokol, Tangerang.
- Proven experience partnering with senior management and managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on, strategic, and able to balance business partnering with operational execution.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under-pressure and fast-pace environment.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel as required.
