Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
Lead recruitment, training and employee development process based on needs and partner request
Develop and manage comprehensive development programs to improve employee soft and hard skill
Manage employee relations, including contract administration, company policy enforcement and resolution of internal issues as well as overseeing terminations
Handle complex employee relations and labor issues
Maintain HRIS data valid and updated
Collaborate with other HR Department to improve HRIS Performance
Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree of Management / Law / Human Resource / Psychology
Min. 5 years experience as HR Operation / Industrial Relation / HRBP from retail or logistic industry
Familiar with HRIS, Industrial Relation, HR Operation, Recruitment
