Responsibilities

Description:

  • Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gathering position requirements from the TA team, promoting open positions via job portals, conducting screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process for mass hiring (PKHL).
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the database.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support to other HR teams, including Learning & Development (LnD), HR Business Partner (HRBP), and Compensation & Benefits teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Final year students are welcome to apply (Preferably with no classes left to attend).
  • Able to work on-site, five days a week (WFO at Segari's Daan Mogot Head office and Cirendeu's Head Office).
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, JobStreet Express, Telegram channels, and Facebook job postings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
