Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee administration such as employment contracts, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
  • Support the recruitment process based on manpower requirements from each department.
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance, including leave, permission, lateness, and overtime.
  • Prepare attendance recapitulation as the basis for payroll calculation.
  • Handle the administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee registration, data updates, and deactivation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with HR internship experience or 12 years of HR experience will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and HR administration.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with employees and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong administrative and data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee issues.
