What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations including employment contracts, payroll coordination, and data management.
- Partner with department leaders to resolve employee issues with empathy, logic, and fairness.
- Support performance review and employee engagement initiatives to build a strong and positive culture.
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
