Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Syariah principles
- Lead the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, calibration, and performance reviews
- Provide insights and recommendations using data analytics to support reward decisions and workforce planning
- Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to ensure reward strategies support organizational objectives
- Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Syariah governance
- Support communication and change management efforts related to rewards and performance programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rewards, compensation, or performance management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and systems
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
