HR Recruitment

• Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, screening, selection, to placement.
• Identify manpower needs together with Australian Management or supervisors and ensure that the position qualifications meet the companys standards.
• Create and manage job advertisements on various online and offline platforms.
• Source candidates through internal databases, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening of CVs and applications to match the required qualifications.
• Arrange the selection process schedule, including interviews, tests, and assessments, ensuring effective coordination with candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer psychometric tests and assessments as required by the position, and interpret the results for selection considerations.
• Prepare regular recruitment progress reports for submission to supervisors or management.
• Manage and maintain the candidate database for current and future recruitment needs.
• Act as a company representative throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive company image in the eyes of candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree (Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field).
• Minimum 3 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Proficient in administering psychometric test tools.
• Experienced in conducting candidate interviews.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Communication, Initiative, Continuous improvement, Adaptive, Fast response, Ownership.
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
