Dripdok is hiring a Head of HR & Performance to build and optimize our human capital systems as we scale.
We are not looking for traditional HR.
We are looking for a performance-driven leader who can build structure, enforce standards, and protect culture in a fast-growing healthcare company.
What You'll Do- Lead recruitment, vetting, and structured hiring
- Implement performance-based KPIs across departments
- Oversee contracts, NDAs, and compliance
- Align payroll with productivity and profitability
- Ensure SOP adherence across clinical and operations teams
- Build training and continuous improvement systems
- Strengthen culture, accountability, and execution standards
What We're Looking For- Strong HR or People Operations background
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
- Systems thinker with high integrity
- Comfortable enforcing structure and accountability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
