Job Description

Ability to strategize and implement overall end-to-end recruiting strategy.
Perform job and task analysis and being able to identify the right talent pools for the search roles.
Have critical and logical skill to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholders.
Assessing talent applications, conducting interviews and managing both internal and external stakeholders for open positions.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor Degree Graduates with proven work experience as a Recruiter with minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (CV screening, HR screening, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process).
Able to work independently with minimum support.
Good interpersonal skills.
