Job Description

  • Ability to strategize and implement overall end-to-end recruiting strategy.
  • Perform job and task analysis and being able to identify the right talent pools for the search roles.
  • Have critical and logical skill to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholders.
  • Assessing talent applications, conducting interviews and managing both internal and external stakeholders for open positions.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree Graduates with proven work experience as a Recruiter with minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (CV screening, HR screening, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process).
  • Able to work independently with minimum support.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
