HR Recruitment Intern Jakarta

Role Description The HR Recruitment Intern Jakarta role at Viction One is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with candidate communication, preparing interview materials, and updating applicant tracking systems or internal databases. The intern will help organize onboarding and training activities, maintain HR documentation, and collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with onboarding and basic employee development activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling multiple recruitment tasks.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools and HR or recruitment-related software; willingness to learn new systems.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a professional and respectful approach to all interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Jakarta, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
