Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include working closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in planning and implementing Training programs to support employee development
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
