Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist to handle Internal hiring
  • Conduct sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various platforms
  • Assist executive recruiter for CV screening and HR interview
  • Assist in reference check & talent pool

Requirements

  • Majoring in Psychology or related major (minimum 5th semester or final year student)
  • Interest and willingness to explore the HR Recruitment field with strong interpersonal skill
  • Initiative and good communication
  • Fluent in English is a must (Mandarin will be a plus)
  • Have related experience or skill in recruiting, employer branding, or other HR function
