Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record and summarize employee attendance
  • Finalize attendance data for payroll processing
  • Maintain and organize confidential HR documents
  • Monitor and update employee contracts
  • Upload and manage employee data in the HR system

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills (fresh graduates are welcome!)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
  • Task-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
