Maintain Employee Administration: Draft and manage employment agreements, maintain and update employee data, administer insurance and employee benefits, and monitor employee probation periods
Administer Payroll Process: Support the end-to-end payroll process by collecting, processing, and validating payroll data including overtime, allowances, attendance, and employee benefits; ensure payroll data accuracy and timely submission
Serve as Branch HR Representative: Act as the HR point of contact for the assigned Modernvet branch, supporting employee relations, implementation of HR policies, and daily operational HR needs
Manage HRIS & Employee Database: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready for reporting and compliance purposes
HR Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and deliver regular HR reports and ensure data accuracy for management review
Maintain General Affairs (GA): Handle general affairs administration including managing requests, conducting stock opname, and overseeing procurement/purchasing of office supplies and operational needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
Strong understanding of employee administration, payroll processes, and HRIS
Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
Familiar with Indonesian labor law and experienced in handling General Affairs (GA) such as inventory and purchasing is a plus
