Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes for outsourced employees
  • Handle employee administration, contracts, attendance, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and field employees to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related discipline
  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR Operations (outsourcing background is an advantage)
  • Strong grasp of HR administration and workforce coordination
  • Proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy
