  • Manage and maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
  • Prepare and maintain HR agreements, including employment contracts and amendments.
  • Monitor contract timelines and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and travel documentation.
  • Process HR-related payment requests, including reimbursements, travel expenses, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure completion of HR formalities for expatriate such as obtaining employee working permit, onboarding documentation, letters, and regulatory-related records.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HR operational reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR operations and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Experience handling HR documentation, employee contracts, and administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with HR formalities and compliance-related documentation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
