Prepare and maintain HR agreements, including employment contracts and amendments.
Monitor contract timelines and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and travel documentation.
Process HR-related payment requests, including reimbursements, travel expenses, and vendor payments.
Ensure completion of HR formalities for expatriate such as obtaining employee working permit, onboarding documentation, letters, and regulatory-related records.
Maintain accurate HR records and support HR operational reporting.
Provide general administrative support to HR operations and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
35 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
Experience handling HR documentation, employee contracts, and administrative processes.
Familiarity with HR formalities and compliance-related documentation is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
