Job Description

  • Minimum bachelor degree of law, human resource management, or similar education background.
  • Proven work experience as HR operations manager, HR manager, or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of employment and labor law.
  • Communicative, good teamwork, adaptive, and reliable
  • Designing and ensure HR operational programs, work process, dan policies related to operations, industrial relations, legal, and general affair.
  • Acting as advisor and auditor to improve HR business process.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
