HR Operations Staff
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Staff to support and manage HR operational processes, employee data administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong quantitative background who are passionate about leveraging data to enhance HR efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Support payroll, attendance, leave administration, and other HR operational processes.
- Assist in HR system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data analysis and automation.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in HR Operations, Data Analysis, or Administration is a plus.
