Job Description

Job Descriptions :

  1. Support daily HR operational and administrative activities
  2. Maintain and update employee data, records, and HR documentation
  3. Assist in attendance and leave administration
  4. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  5. Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documents
  6. Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR operational matters

Job Requirements :

  1. Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
  2. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  3. Interested in Human Resources, especially HR operations and administration
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  5. Good communication skills, willing to learn, and able to work well individually or in a team
  6. Have experience using HRIS systems (especially Talenta) is a plus point
  7. Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months
