ASUS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operation to support end-to-end HR operational processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate HR data management, smooth payroll operations, effective benefits administration, and strong support for employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including employee clearance, documentation, and final settlement.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HR data in SAP, WLTK, and HWM systems.
- Ensure data integrity for payroll, attendance, benefits, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate payroll schedules and processing timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare payroll notes and validate payroll inputs prior to processing.
- Handle benefits administration and insurance operations, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Process HR-related invoices, payments, donations, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support KPI setting and employee performance scoring administration.
- Assist with audits, internal reporting, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes.
- Manage working permit for expatriates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration (experience in multinational company is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP (experience with WLTK and HWM is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR data management.
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR operational best practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
