Job Description

ASUS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operation to support end-to-end HR operational processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate HR data management, smooth payroll operations, effective benefits administration, and strong support for employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including employee clearance, documentation, and final settlement.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HR data in SAP, WLTK, and HWM systems.
  • Ensure data integrity for payroll, attendance, benefits, and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate payroll schedules and processing timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare payroll notes and validate payroll inputs prior to processing.
  • Handle benefits administration and insurance operations, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Process HR-related invoices, payments, donations, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support KPI setting and employee performance scoring administration.
  • Assist with audits, internal reporting, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes.
  • Manage working permit for expatriates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration (experience in multinational company is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP (experience with WLTK and HWM is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR data management.
  • High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR operational best practices.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
