1. Handle recruitment and selection process

2. Handle annual training program, monitoring and evaluation

3. Handle expatriates permit & licenses management

4. Encourage employee for actively involved in suggestion system

5. Give coaching & counseling to employee for increase productivity

6. Involved in industrial relation activities

7. Implementation system management QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001 & SMK3

8. Support performance appraisal for employee

9. Prepare weekly report and monthly report

10. Any others task from superior

1. Bachelor's degree in phsycology

2. Well understanding with psychotest

3. Have interest in organizational & people development

4. Well understanding with QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001 & SMK3 and labor law will be advantage points

5. Hard worker, detail oriented and good integrity

6. Multitasking, good team player and adaptive

7. Good English communication

8. Good operation MS Office
