Job Summary
The Country Human Resources Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of our Human Resources Department in the country, ensuring that all policies and practices comply with country regulations.
The role works closely with RHQ HR by providing country specific insights for decision making and for the successful development of regional HR strategies. As the HR business partner to the Country Manager, the role works with key stakeholders and managers to implement regional and in-country people activities to build human resources capability and support organization growth.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and update HR policies to be aligned with country regulations and to enhance effective operation of the company
Clearly communicate the policies for employees to understand and adhere to
Manage and resolve employee misconduct issues or grievances
Review workforce information for correct alignment with regional guidelines and within the country
Oversee reporting of headcount and budgets
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all in-country roles
Implement employee activities to promote engagement and team connection
Select appropriate CSR partners and encourage employees to give back to the community
Timely and accurate update of employee information in HRMS
Analyse data (including those from outside of HRMS) for effective organization intervention
Ensure payroll and employee benefits are as per country's regulation
Deliver Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs in line with RHQ policies and local statutory requirements
Provide feedback to RHQ on market trends and employee movements due to compensation and benefits, and recommend any interventions if required
Deliver monthly reports as required by RHQ (e.g. budget, payroll, headcount, market survey, etc)
Partner with the RHQ HR to identify and implement development programs for all employees
Working with the country manager to identify and develop the talent in the country
Implement annual performance reviews as per RHQ HR plans
Directs and coordinates the efficient management of administrative services and resources
Ensure health and safety programs are in place aligned with ESP and SEC direction
Ensures that all Epson offices and facilities in the country are safe, secure and well-maintained facilities that meets health, safety and environmental standards
Manage the Administration and Facilities Management team
Any other project or work assigned
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration or any related field
Relevant Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience within HR

Fluent in English (verbal and written)
