#Hiring : HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage and develop our HR functions in a warehouse environment.

Fulltime Position

Placement will be Tangerang Warehouse, Kosambi

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement annual recruitment and HR plans;

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee termination;

- Handle payroll, attendance, and employee administration;

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations;

- Manage employee training, performance (KPI & OKR), and evaluations;

- Handle labor relations, disputes, and government-related matters;

- Support management in daily operational activities;

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or above;

-Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin experience (manufacturing/factory background preferred);

- Strong knowledge of local labor laws;

- Proficient in MS Office;

- Able to communicate in Chinese and English

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
