Responsibilities
This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee experience initiatives, and learning & development programs. You will work closely with the HR team and support day-to-day people operations while gaining practical experience across different areas of Human Resources.
- Support the HR team in various day-to-day activities and initiatives across different HR functions.
- Assist in coordinating employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for HR programs, initiatives, and internal projects.
- Assist in organizing HR-related programs and activities, including employee engagement and learning & development initiatives.
- Support the preparation of materials, documentation, and simple reports related to HR activities when needed.
- Help coordinate communication between HR and employees regarding HR programs and internal initiatives.
- Contribute to HR-related projects and support process improvement initiatives across the HR team.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Able to commit to the full internship period.
- Previous internship or organizational experience related to HR, administration, or campus activities is a plus.
