HR Generalist Supervisor

Location: Karawang

Qualifications:

· Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related field

· Min. 3-5 years of HR experienced, preferebly with experienced as a HR Generalist, HR Supervisor.

· Experienced in handling third parties, employee grievances.

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, end-to-end recruitment process, HR policies.

· Manufacturing experienced is an advantage.

· Good understanding of Indonesian employment and labor regulations.

· Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise HR Generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee data management.

· Manage employee relations and Industrial Relations, including disciplinary actions and employee concerns.

· Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, contracts, and other HR documentation.

· Prepare periodic HR reports and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

· Support payroll, attendance, and overtime.
