Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field

• Min. 3–5 years as HR Generalist, preferably from a mature hospitality industry

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – mandatory

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor compliance

• Experienced in structured, service-driven environments

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Strong coordination & communication skills

• High integrity and trusted to handle confidential matters

• Hands-on, calm, and solution-oriented

• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

• HRIS experience is a plus
