Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee HR Generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and provide guidance on legal matters related to employment.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Demonstrate proven management and leadership abilities to guide and support the HR team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicator Management (KPIM) to track and enhance employee performance.
  • Oversee General Affairs functions including company asset management, ensuring proper inventory control, maintenance, and asset utilization.
  • Monitor and manage company facilities and operational assets
  • Full WFO 3x at West Jakarta, 2x at South Tangerang

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience
  • Strong in recruitment and Generalist HR Matters
  • Having knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in team work
  • Proven strong management and leadership skill
  • Experience in creating and understanding Key Performance Indicator Management (KPIM).
