HR Generalist
Full-time | Onsite - Malang
Sekawan Media is looking for a passionate and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team!
This role is essential in supporting the companys end-to-end HR operations from recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, to HR administration and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process (posting, screening, interviews, offering).
- Organize and manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Monitor and maintain employee data & records, including attendance and leave tracking.
- Support and execute HR administrative tasks, including contract management and HR documentation.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
- Support performance management cycles, including probation review and appraisal tracking.
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and workplace issues.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify people development needs and assist with training coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with internship or project experience in HR are welcome).
- Strong interest in people operations, organizational development, and employee experience.
- A good understanding of HR processes and Indonesian labor law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willing to work onsite in Malang (with hybrid possibility depending on company policy).
